As we continue expanding in the Australian market, we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in this exciting space.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our electronic locker solutions across Australia. This role is perfect for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for B2B sales, technology-driven solutions, and business development.
You’ll be working with venue owners, operations managers, commercial managers, and purchasing managers across industries to demonstrate how our cutting-edge locker solutions enhance guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and generate revenue.
This role involves a mix of prospecting, relationship building, consultative selling, and account management some travel within Australian and possibly within Asia will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential clients in water parks, theme parks, museums, transit centers, shopping malls, fitness centers, and more.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consult with clients to understand their locker storage needs and propose customized solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and final implementation.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
- Provide insights to the team to improve product positioning and marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Monday CRM, sales forecasts, and reports.
- Experience and skills in MS Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
About You
- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, commercial equipment, or venue solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to waterparks, theme parks, transit hubs, shopping centers, fitness centers, or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Hunter Mentality: You’re proactive, love chasing new business, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Relationship Builder: You can engage, influence, and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
- Tech-Savvy & Solutions-Oriented: Comfortable with digital solutions, smart technology, and consultative sales.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills with an entrepreneurial outlook: Confident in delivering sales pitches both in-person and online.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Able to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and consistently hit targets.
