We are excited to partner with one of Australia’s largest and most distinguished for-purpose organisations to recruit a newly created position – HR Analyst. Headquartered in Melbourne, the organisation is on an ambitious transformational journey, and now is a unique time to join them and become a critical part of their success.

This role will drive data-informed decision-making to support the business’ strategic direction and specifically the introduction of a new national operating model. It will leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and deliver actionable insights that enhance the employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Working closely with the broader People and Culture team, the role will focus on the data collection and analysis of workforce data to provide meaningful information on trends, employee engagement and sentiment. Additionally, this role will provide insights into workforce risk management, support change initiatives by providing data insights and support HR and operational leaders in their decision making.

To succeed in this role, you will have exceptional data and analytical skills, be highly proficient in excel, demonstrate the ability to interpret complex data and make meaningful recommendations, have comprehensive ER/IR knowledge, together with exceptional stakeholder management skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You ideally will have worked in a similar role in a complex business or consulting firm and be passionate about driving improvements.
