Synaco Global Recruitment are working closely with our client to seek Process Workers. Our client is a well-established family-run business who pride themselves on their love for food, knowledge & experience that derives from more than 50 years in the Meat industry.

We are currently seeking Factory Hands to join their team in Thebarton. These roles do not require any previous experience in the Food or Meat industry, we just require punctuality and a can-do attitude!

Your duties & responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of smallgoods: sausages, meatballs, burgers etc
• Handling of various meats, both raw and cooked
• Bagging and weighing of products
• Setting up and operating meat processing machinery
• Operating on cooking & packing lines
• Daily housekeeping duties (including disassembly & cleaning of machinery)
• Crumbing, marinading, tenderising & slicing meats
• Boxing/unboxing & weighing of products

Requirements:

• Available to work from Monday – Friday anywhere from 5:30am up until 4pm, 38 hour per week minimum requirement (this exceeds student visa limit of 24hrs per week)
• Flexible hours of work
• Own transport a must due to early starts
