About the role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be embedded within a key business unit, working closely with the General Manager and operations to provide financial insights, enhance commercial capability, and support financial sustainability.

This is a role where you’ll drive forward strategic projects, bring clarity to financial data, and deliver meaningful insights that shape the future of the business. You’ll be a key player in an environment that values ownership, innovation, and impactful work.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial expertise and improve decision-making.
• Monitor income, expenditure, and cash flow, identifying trends and variances to support business planning.
• Work across budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as funding bodies and financial institutions, to optimise financial operations

About You:

You’re a high performer with experience in a similar role as a Senior Commercial Analyst, Commercial Manager or Finance Business Partner.

You’re curious, proactive, and thrive in purpose-driven environments. You know what good looks like and have the skills to back it up. You hold a CPA or CA qualification. Strong knowledge of dashboarding and working with PowerBI is advantageous, but it's the insights you can bring, and changes you can implement from this data, that is the key focus of your role.
