As a member of the Clinical Services team, the role will be to collaborate with Harley Dental & Harley Day Surgery specialists, and dental assistants to ensure all instruments, loan kits & materials are reprocessed and available for dental procedures according to AS/NZS 5369 standards.

The role also includes some surgical dental assisting or theatre scouting, when required. You will be working closely and reporting activities to our Clinical Services Manager .

Key responsibilities include:

• Hand-on provision of sterilisation services & surgical instrument coordination
• When required, provision of dental assisting services
• Prepare equipment, dental materials & instruments for each patient according to their booked procedure.
• Coordination of workflow to meet practice requirements and efficiencies.
• Prioritise work within established methods and procedures.

What you bring:

• Certificate III in Sterilising Services or willing to undertake training course.
• Certificate III or above in Dental Assisting
• Understanding of NSQHS Standards in Infection Control
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to learn & grow
• Professional and confident manner

This role is offered as a full-time role Monday to Friday.
