About the role

Karmo' is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Mascot NSW. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for all. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, and ensuring a positive first impression of Karmo
• Efficiently getting people mobile with a car subscription and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Providing concierge services to have Karmo stand out above competitors and drive customers to review and return again
• Assisting with queries to grow awareness of subscription services
• Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing a memorable experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using software and computer systems
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality work and attention to detail
• A positive, professional, and friendly demeanour
