Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Investigations team as Senior Intelligence Analyst on a full-time fixed term basis. Reporting to the Manager - Investigations, the role will provide leadership and technical guidance to Intelligence Analysts within a multi- disciplinary team environment to inform proactive or investigative lines of enquiry.
Duties include:
- Positively influence and drive innovation and developments within the field of Intelligence.
- Contribute to Intelligence business planning and policy development to support business outcomes including evolving organisational priorities.
- Manage information collection and handling within guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Undertake research and complex analysis utilising a range of information systems, analytical software and intelligence sources to support investigations and projects.

Our requirements / Your skill set
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Possess contemporary knowledge related to the collection, collation, evaluation, analysis and controlled dissemination of information in respect to complex investigations and operations.
- Formal qualifications and/or training in Intelligence or a related field.
- Significant experience working in law enforcement and/or relevant experience in an intelligence or law enforcement environment.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal skills in policy and report writing, analysis and briefing.
Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
