Position Overview: The position of client engagement officer entails navigating areas effected by hail damage, identifying potential homes with damage and making contact with homeowners to inform them of the services we provide. The ideal client engagement officer will be a well presented, confident professional, with a passion for social interactions and a keen ability to communicate the details of our services in a friendly, confident and efficient manner. They will also be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and be driven to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential clients.
• Effectively communicating what we do and how it will benefit potential clients.
• Present yourself in a clean, hygienic and professional manner.
• Objection handle any queries or concerns potential clients have.
• Fill out contracts and lodge insurance claims online or over the phone.
• Building a good rapport with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to navigate social interactions
• A basic understanding of insurance is a plus but not required
• A basic understanding of roofing is a plus but not required
