Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within strategic accounts, ensuring growth and market expansion.
  • Sell with a Technical Edge - Work closely with technical engineers, architects, and operations teams to identify gaps in compliance, certification, and assurance services.
  • Develop Key Accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives - Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Understand Certification & Logistics - Navigate the complexities of ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management solutions to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Strategic Thinking - Analyze market trends, develop account strategies, and position solutions that drive business value.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets - Demonstrate a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, including contract value growth and retention.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in certification, risk management, or compliance services
  • Strong ability to sell technical solutions and work with engineers, architects, and logistics teams to understand business gaps
  • A track record of winning, growing, and retaining large strategic accounts
  • Experience in complex sales cycles, including RFPs, bids, and strategic proposals
  • Demonstrated success in hitting revenue targets, with data to support achievements
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and technical assurance (highly advantageous)
