Forklift Service Technician Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated hands on Forklift Service Technician Supervisor to build a team of service technicians to lead the way for all maintenance and repairs on internal and retail fleet. In this role, you will oversee maintenance and repair operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with building a team of forklift technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various forklift models.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ensure all repairs and servicing comply with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to improve service operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in forklift maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• License: Valid driver’s license.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including outdoors.
