As a Senior Dental Technician, you'll tackle a variety of technical tasks, from routine procedures to complex challenges, all while maintaining high standards. You'll provide expert advice on technical procedures, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with the dental team to enhance treatment planning and delivery. Your role will involve solving intricate technical problems independently and contributing to the development of policies and quality improvement initiatives. Each day, you'll prioritize and direct the workflow in the dental laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
