About the role

P1 Building & Maintenance Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of essential maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our client's properties. What you'll be doing

• Conducting inspections and identifying maintenance issues
• Performing general maintenance and repairs along with upgrade works as required
• Measuring while onsite and quoting for maintenance and upgrade works
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Strong practical skills and experience in building maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Good communication and time management skills
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (desirable)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Police clearance
