About the role

An opportunity exists for an experienced, multi-skilled person to join our Customer Service team based at our new purpose built facility in Keysborough. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor the role involves:

• Direct communication with customers via telephone, e-mail and directly at our trade counter
• Processing sales orders
• Problem solving and providing technical support.
• Liaise frequently with other departments in managing customers' enquiries.

Future career opportunities exist in both sales and other departments within the company.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful applicant will:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess IT operational experience
• Respond well in a motivated team
• Display strong time management abilities
• Possess excellent attention to detail

Experience with SAP Business One or within the construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
