Are you passionate about technology, a quick learner, and eager to dive into the world of sales? Look no further! At Blue Ridge Global Pty Ltd T/A Gojee App (Armidale, NSW), we’re seeking an enthusiastic individual with some sales experience, excellent English communication skills, independent thinking, and an uncanny knack for understanding technology.
As an ICT Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving business growth through innovative lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales with a consultative approach. You’ll leverage email campaigns and lead-generation tools to attract new clients and re-engage past prospects, and you’ll use a CRM system to track and manage all lead activity effectively. Your role will involve conducting daily virtual product demonstrations and, as needed, onsite visits to address clients’ needs and present our solutions. Skilled in negotiation, you will also guide clients through pricing and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with service expectations. This position requires regular reporting of sales performance, and you will work closely with the Managing Director to support strategic decision-making and achieve organizational sales goals.
Experience/Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in a tech sales role, preferably in Saas and/or B2B
An understanding of technology and the ability to quickly learn our product.
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
Experience in accounting or business studies would be advantageous but is not a hard requirement.
Capable of preparing and analyzing monthly sales reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
Ability to assess customer needs, build rapport, and provide value-driven solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Strong English communication skills are a must.
Duties:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design and execute email campaigns and utilizing lead-generation tools to attract and engage prospects.
CRM Proficiency: Utilise CRM systems for tracking, managing, and analyzing lead data to maximize productivity and sales outcomes.
Cold Calling: Proactive approach to daily outbound cold calling.
Sales Prospecting & Qualification: Qualify prospects, assess potential, and prioritize leads based on readiness and interest.
Product Presentation & Demonstration: Required to deliver engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations, with the ability to tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs.
Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage pricing, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including overcoming objections and closing sales.
Analytics & Reporting: Preparation of monthly sales reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
Organization: Required to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously to meet targets and deadlines.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: A base salary with attractive bonuses tied to your sales performance. Earn up to 20% of your sales on a recurring monthly basis. Base salary rate AUD$72,000 – $80,000.
