Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar and battery storage systems.

• Conduct electrical work in compliance with Australian safety standards.

• Perform site assessments and recommend system designs.

• Ensure quality control and safety procedures are followed.

• Work closely with project managers and clients to deliver seamless installations.

• Train and mentor apprentices and junior team members.
