We currently have an opportunity for a HSE Coordinator to join our South Perth client in a permanent Monday-Friday role. This role will involve ad-hoc site travel.

Reporting to the HSE Manager you will help and complement a Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across workshops and site services. You’ll support a wide range of professionals, from tradespeople to senior managers, and be responsible for fostering a safety-conscious culture

Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentor & guide frontline leaders in the implementation of the Safety Management System
• Facilitate ongoing HSE training, create and maintain training materials, and support team members' growth
• Develop and monitor risk processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Develop HSE management plans, conduct site-based inspections, audits, and shutdown visits, ensuring all work aligns with HSE regulations
• Facilitate risk processes, develop standard operating procedures and identify and implement risk controls
• Conduct incident investigations and assist operations to implement actions to prevent repeat occurrence.

About You

• Cert IV OH&S (minimum)
• White Card
• 3 years' minimum experience in a similar role
• Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
• Previous experience within HSE databases
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders
• Ability to travel to remote mine and Oil & Gas sites
