One the best-known operators in the space are looking for a Joinery Project Manager to oversee the projects awarded by commercial builders on schools, hospitality, office, and medical fit outs.

The Benefits:

• Up to $140k + Super + vehicle + Fuel + phone

• Manage 1 – 2 projects concurrently

The Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker
• Experience in Commercial or Residential Joinery
• Previous experience liaising with builders and scheduling jobs
• Full Australian Working Rights
• WA Drivers License

The Role:

• Liaise with clients / builders etc regarding dates and site requirements
• Co-ordinate with set out & production to ensure joinery delivery dates are met
• Co-ordinate schedule with trades if required
• Create a work schedule for each project
• Liaise with client re project issues
• Manage and ensure schedule timelines are met
• Manage site installers
• Manage variations
• Manage client handover and defects
