FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a well known accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. This firm has an exceptional reputation in the industry and have some incredibly large and wealthy clients.

The firm has a flat structure in place and they regularly compete in the mid tier space with none of the office politics experienced in larger firms.

POSITION

Due to incredible growth this year and the acquisition of new work, the position of Senior Accountant has been created.

This role will involve the successful candidate being involved in the preparation of General Purpose Financial Statements and extensive exposure to tax consolidations. Experience in these two areas are non-negotiable.

Extensive client contact is provided as is the ability to work on interesting and complex tax compliance and tax advisory matters.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Experience with GPFS (non negotiable)
• Experience with tax consolidations (non negotiable)
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience with large clients (fees in excess of $200k annually)
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
