THG Electrical are seeking an experienced Electrician/Supervisor, who wants to continue to grow in their field whilst also having the opportunity assist others in their journey and be the project managers right hand man

The role will include, but not limited to, assisting project managers to deliver commercial projects, scoping out potential new works and providing information to complete quotes, completing the works on site, working along side electricians and apprentices.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Supervising and workings on commercial projects
• Managing and assisting with small breakdown and maintenance jobs
• Assist fieldworkers where applicable with maintaining the business’ workflow and tech support
• Assisting with scoping to provide high quality quotes received by recommendations from the field
• Continue and grow existing relationships previously built by the company
• Liaise with the internal Admin team where required for electrical knowledge to ensure a coherent workflow
• Work with the Project Manager on new tenders and estimating – An excellent opportunity to learn or develop a new skill
• Work with the Project Manager where applicable to provide new quoted works, or variations on existing projects
• Working on site to execute projects and manage the electricians and apprentices on site
• Liaise with the internal Admin team where required for electrical knowledge to ensure a coherent workflow
• Train and build your skills where required to continue to grow and produce excellent outcomes
• Continue and grow existing relationships previously built by the company and look for new opportunities
• The successful applicant should where possible bring existing relationships into the business

Experience & attributes:

• Minimum 2 years experience in service supervising
• Experience with simPRO job management software is advantageous, though training can be provided
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Willingness to expand skillset & provide support to the trades
• A responsible and mature outlook, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and a strong Team focused mindset
