About the Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead our brand's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that increases brand awareness and solidifies our position as the leading provider of disability and aged care training. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on e-commerce, digital marketing, and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our organisational goals.
- Strengthen our brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Dive deep into market research to uncover emerging trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.
- Establish clear KPIs to gauge the success of our marketing initiatives and present results to the executive team.
- Oversee and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Optimise e-commerce channels to create seamless customer experiences and maximise online sales.
- Design and produce engaging marketing assets, including eye-catching visuals, compelling copy, and multimedia content.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make strategic, data-driven adjustments.
- Create vibrant, engaging social media content that boosts followers and enhances engagement across all platforms.
- Develop effective strategies to drive website traffic and foster positive brand recognition.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Learning and Development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team as we grow.
- Build partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to enhance our marketing outreach.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve a high ROI from our marketing investments.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SEO
- Expertise in SEM
- Experience in executing EDM campaigns
- Familiarity with META advertising
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies
- Proficient in utilising YouTube for promotional purposes
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of building a robust social media following and engagement.
- Expertise in managing digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strategy and Execution
- Exceptional creativity for designing and executing innovative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making. (Google analytics)
- Hands-on experience in content creation, encompassing graphic design, copywriting, and video production (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Zoho CRM).
- Awareness of emerging marketing technologies and trends.
- Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields are highly valued.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
