Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator –

Full-Time/Part-time

Your Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Order processing: preparing quotations, invoices, and managing orders in Xero
• Supporting the internal sales team: customer service, new customer acquisition, and maintenance scheduling
• Coordinating service requests and technician planning
• Managing inventory, orders, and logistics processes
• Ensuring smooth office operations, including managing office supplies and building services
• Supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and event organization
• Documenting and optimizing operational processes

Our Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, or the B2B sector is advantageous
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented work style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally Xero
• Strong customer orientation and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
