We are supporting a reputable not for profit Aged Care provider who are seeking experienced Residential Managers for their small- medium sized facilities across the Murray and Riverina region.

Well-established this organisation is seeking Clinical Facility Managers that have proven success at meeting KPIs with exposure to the accreditation process and increasing occupancy levels and staff retention.

Bringing with you good tenure, you are a loyal manager who has a genuine care for the Age Care industry, your team and it's residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care standards, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
• Proven ability at developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to the values, objectives, policies, and procedures of organisation.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education, and staff development.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience for all internal and external parties.

The successful candidate has:

• 2+ years working as a Facility Manager.
• MUST be an AHPRA registered nurse.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• Proactive with an ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to lead a team through new Aged Care Quality standards.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability at meeting organisational KPIs.
• Positive leader with effective communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
