About the role

SunRise Kids Early Education and Care is seeking inspired and experienced Casual Educators to join our Kippa-Ring and Kallangur teams. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our centres. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive and nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children of all ages
• Implementing engaging educational activities that support the children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
• Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
• Ensuring all children's needs are met, including their health, safety and wellbeing
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Hold or Working Towards a Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience working in a similar role within the Early Years Learning Sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the children and the centre
• A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management or willing to obtain these.
• A valid Paid Blue Card
