SACCS at Wellers Hill, one of the largest OSHC services in Queensland, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Educator who is interested in moving into leadership role!

Are you a role model for your fellow Educators as well as the children? Are you interested in an entry level Leadership position with a fantastic team?

Required-

• Available a minimum of 2 mornings and 5 afternoons a week
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in OSHC or similar
• Have completed a two-year qualification (minimum)

Preferred-

• Are confident team player with a positive attitude and high standards
• Enjoy supporting, motivating and inspiring others
• Are solution focused and actively promote a positive learning environment
• Are committed to continuous improvement and best practice
• Have experience training and supporting new Educators
• Have experience with, and a commitment to, Inclusion Support

Lead Educator positions are permanent part-time, 25 hours per week, with additional hours available as per operational requirements.

***Casual Educators***

Required-

• Enjoy working with children
• Available a minimum of 3 afternoons and 1 morning each week
• Have (or be willing to obtain) a paid, positive Working with Children Blue Card
• 18+ years as per legislation requirements

Preferred-

• Be studying (or have already obtained) an ACECQA approved qualification in Education, Sport and Rec, Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services, Education and Care
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident with the use of various technologies

Casual positions are approximately 10-15 hours per week with additional hours available as per operational requirements.
