The Opportunity:
This role will provide you with a high degree of variety. Your main objective as our Client Services Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Directors and professional accounting staff as well as coordinate workflow in the office.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Client Management & Job Flow Management.
- Support the Accountants and Admin team.
- Liaising with clients, ASIC and ATO.
- Liaising with clients and accounting team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare ASIC documents.
- Preparation of client invoices.
- Preparing client correspondence.
- Booking appointments with clients.
- General administration duties.
To be considered for this great opportunity you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Experience within the Accounting / Finance or similar Industry will be advantageous.
- Strong level of IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- The ability to perform in the Receptionist role to cover annual leave.
- Ability to present information in a neat and tidy manner.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to take ownership of a task, report back to senior staff and see it through to completion.
- Be well organised and able to multi-task while providing positive outcomes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be a strong team player with a wiliness to support others with a positive attitude.
