• No routine inspections
• Communicate with landlords and tenants on maintenance issues
• Benefit from leasing and administrative support
• Manage rent reviews and increases
• Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings when required
• Work with a premium & high-end portfolio

The Person:

• Holds a Certificate of Registration, a valid driver's license, and access to a car
• Eager to grow in the real estate industry and open to learning
• Excellent communicator with a professional presentation
• A genuine love for real estate and providing top-tier customer service
