The Role

• Communication with landlords and tenants
• Conducting outgoing inspections as needed
• Actioning and managing maintenance requests
• Overseeing rent reviews and lease renewals
• Managing rental arrears
• Providing administrative and leasing support across the portfolio
• Attending NCAT when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Industry experience and a passion for Property Management.
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate / Certificate of Registration.
• A valid driving licence and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with both external and internal clients.
• Highly organised, with keen attention to detail.
