Experienced Electrical Supervisor required for an immediate start, for on-going work on a Queensland Solar Farm.

• FIFO 2:1 OR 3:1 roster - Bundaberg Location
• Flights from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne ONLY, accommodation, and meals provided
• Minimum 3-6 months work
• Pay rate $80ph flat rate + superannuation

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for:

• Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Ensuring work is performed in compliance with industry standards
• Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks to reinforce safe work practices.
• Supervising the installation of solar panels, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Overseeing the wiring, cable management, and grounding systems.
• Ensuring correct commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues to prevent delays and maintain quality.
• Working closely with site construction managers, project engineers, and contractors to align electrical work with overall construction progress.
• Ensuring timely procurement and availability of electrical components.
• Keeping accurate records of work progress, inspections, and reports.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Current A-Grade Electricians Licence (Unrestricted)
• LVR CPR (within 2 years)
• At least 2 years experience in the position on a large scale construction project - Solar experience highly advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Construction White card
• Physically fit and able to pass pre employment medical
