About Us

Affinity Outdoor is leading the way in smart vending solutions, free public Wi-Fi, and experiential technology for events. We’ve just been awarded a major government contract to deploy and manage 1,500 smart vending machines across Victoria, ensuring accessibility to essential products in public spaces.

We are expanding our Field Operations Team and are looking for a Technician to assist with installations, servicing, and repairs. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and are willing to travel, this role is for you!

Your Role

🔧 Install & Set Up – Securely install wall-mounted vending machines in public bathrooms.
🛠 Maintenance & Repairs – Diagnose and fix mechanical and electronic issues.
🔄 Refurbishment – Restore used machines for redeployment.
💻 Software & Technology Integration – Update and test vending software.
👥 Customer Service – Interact with venue managers and provide basic training on machine use.
📋 Inventory & Reporting – Maintain records of parts, tools, and servicing.

What You Need

• Previous experience as a vending machine technician OR mechanical/electronic installations and/or repair skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel (regional Victoria included).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and install equipment (wall-mounted vending machines).
• Bonus: Electrical repair certification or experience with vending/refurbishment processes.
• Mandatory Checks: Police Check & Working with Children Check (WWC).
