Excel is an established Civil Excavation company working within the Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney areas. Our fleet ranges from 2t – 50t Excavators, a range of Positracks as well as dump trucks, dozers and compaction equipment.
We are currently seeking a full-time payroll & administration officer to join our team.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Process weekly payroll for 70+employees
- Be the point of contact for all payroll enquiries
- Remain up to date with payroll, fair work and industrial relations legislative changes
- Data Entry
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Handling receivables enquiries
- Ensure that all visitors to the company are welcomed and relevant internal personnel are informed quickly on their arrival.
- General accounts and administration day-to-day duties
- General Office Adhoc Duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+years prior experience in a similar role
- Advanced skills in MYOB and MS Office applications
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
