We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Design Specialist with BIM Expertise to join our team and drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep Autodesk Revit proficiency and extensive experience in the Australian volume home-building sector. You will be responsible for improving design workflows, enhancing collaboration across teams, and driving efficiency in our end-to-end design and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 3D models, drawings, and families in Revit with high accuracy.
• Optimize templates, libraries, and workflows to maintain consistency with company standards.
• Implement and maintain BIM processes, ensuring compliance with Australian building codes and project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve design conflicts and integrate multidisciplinary models.
• Support the digital transformation team by automating workflows and integrating BIM data into enterprise systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including family creation and parametric modeling.
• Extensive experience with BIM workflows, NATSPEC BIM, and model coordination.
• 5+ years of experience in Revit design, ideally in volume home-building or residential construction.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach.
• Desirable:
• Experience with ProEst, Navisworks, Dynamo, or other BIM-related tools.
• Knowledge of emerging digital construction trends such as 4D/5D BIM and IoT integration.
• Tertiary qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
