The Role:

• End to end management of a residential portfolio
• Manage repairs and maintenance requests
• Rental reviews and arrears Management
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Routine and outgoing inspections
• Tribunal when required

The Person:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management within Real Estate required
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence is essential
• Ability to work in a team environment and under own initiative
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• Have excellent time management skills
