The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking an Insurance Admin Officer to support builder eligibility and insurance assessments within their team. This 6-month contract offers a strong possibility of extension. You will provide administrative support, maintain records, and liaise with builders, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities
- Assess builder eligibility applications for insurance coverage.
- Provide administrative and data management support within the underwriting process.
- Maintain CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Liaise with builders, insurers, underwriters, and government stakeholders.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding insurance applications.
About You
- Experience in insurance, underwriting, risk assessment, or compliance.
- Administrative and data management skills, ideally in an insurance environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
