About the role

Peninsula Home Physio P/L is seeking a dedicated Community Physiotherapist to join our team based in Mornington Peninsula, VIC. This full-time/part time role involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in the aged and disability support sectors ( HCP, NDIS and Private health insurance). You will play a crucial part in helping our clients improve their mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing within the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients
• Client base in Mornington Peninsula and South-east suburbs
• Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to improve clients' physical function and independence
• Collaborating with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
• Maintaining detailed client records and reporting on progress as required
• Participating in team meetings and engaging in professional development activities to continually improve clinical skills.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Physiotherapy and current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in the aged care or disability support sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills to provide tailored and effective treatment
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
