Resource Up has partnered with several Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors who specialize in mining and maintenance services are currently on the hunt for Heavy Duty Diesel Fitters with MEM experience to work on their mobile plant fleets in the Pilbara and Goldfield regions. We also have a Leading Hand role.

Working on Medium Sized Civil and Ultra Sized Mining equipment in either a workshop on site or a floating field service position we are sure we have a role for you.

Our roles are Direct PERM or TEMP to PERM or Full Time Contracting, however should you prefer to remain on contract you can. You Can Start Immediately!

We have 8:6, 7:7, 2:2, 2:1's available! Surface and Underground Projects Available!

We are also continuously hiring other maintenance personnel, such as Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, and Serviceperson

The Roles:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance of all mobile equipment by running diagnostics testing of specialist diesel machinery & equipment (including trucks and ancillary) in a mining environment
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance, servicing and managing work orders
• Testing engine safety, part upgrades, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance and repairing faults
• Field Service or Breakdown Experience Highly regarded
• High attention to detail regarding personal and team safety

• CAT Loaders / Dozers / Graders / Trucks
• Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi equipment
• Diggers up to 600 Ton
• Surface Rigs INC PIT Vipers and CAT MD Series Drills

Site Information:

First class facilities including a state of the art workshop and specialised tooling, high tech camps including virtual golf, squash courts, running tracks, swimming pools, tennis court, soccer field, 2 x gyms, cooking classes, massage chairs and also live entertainment for special occasions. Long Term Contracts minimum 2 years.

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience working within mining maintenance
• Australian Recognized Trade Certificate
• Hold a valid C Class Australian driver license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test
• Have legal working rights within Australia
