About the opportunity:
Position: Nursing Director Patient Flow Services
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
Location: Townsville University Hospital
The Nursing Director Patient Flow Services provides leadership and day to day oversight of the operational management of patient flow. This position is accountable for nursing leadership and excellence to support and improve coordination of patient flow.

- Salary range: $155,831 to $163,382 p.a. (NG10)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
- Mandatory qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent) and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including Criminal History Clearance

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service comprises 18 hospitals and community health campuses and two residential aged care facilities.
