About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with expertise in Employer-Sponsored Visas to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for providing strategic immigration advice and assisting corporate clients with their recruitment needs, we’d love to hear from you! In this full-time position based in our Melbourne office, you will play a crucial role in providing expert migration advice and support to our diverse client base.

The Role

* Career opportunity for an RMA with 2-4 years’ experience in Employer Sponsorships with experience in GSM desirable

• Proven experience in meeting with new & existing corporate clients to provide strategic advice to solve their current recruitment needs and assist with developing effective strategies for future needs
• Provide timely and accurate advice regarding Employer sponsored visas and related immigration issues such as reviews, refusals/cancellations and compliance. Responsible for effective preparation, lodgement and liaison until decision of employer sponsored applications including:

• Temporary Employer Sponsored 482/494 Nominations and Visa Applications
• Training 407 Nominations and Visa Applications
• Temporary 400 and 408 visas
• Permanent Employer sponsored 186 Nominations and Visa Applications

• Assessing client eligibility and advising on the most suitable visa options
• Preparing and lodging visa applications, including gathering supporting documentation
• Liaising with government authorities to monitor application progress and address any issues
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the visa process
• Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration legislation and policies

What we're looking for

• Registered Migration Agent with a current MARA registration
• Demonstrated experience in providing migration advice and successfully managing employer sponsored applications and general skilled migration visas.
• Strong understanding of Australian immigration law and regulations
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to ensuring compliance
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
