We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer to assist with the preparation and submission of various applications for our growing client base. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian immigration law and a proven track record of successful applications.

The Position

• Permanent full-time (38 hours/week).
  
• Work from home (team collaboration via Microsoft Teams).

This is a dream role for an RMA/Lawyer.

The Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, honest, and up-to-date immigration advice and assistance to prospects and clients.
  
• Preparing, reviewing, and lodging migration-related applications in a timely manner (e.g., visa applications, skills assessments, nomination applications, etc).
  
• Preparing submission letters (when required).
  
• Preparing and assisting clients with migration-related documents (e.g., Statutory Declarations, GTE, AMSR, GP, LMT, etc.)
  
• Effectively managing the progress of client files, leaving file notes, and meeting deadlines.
  
• Communicating with clients and responding to enquiries efficiently.
  
• Organising applications and documents for lodgement
  
• Keeping up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes.
  
• Performing work in accordance with the CoC.

Skills and experience

• Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with 3+ years’ of experience in a similar role is essential.
  
• Broad knowledge across various visa subclasses (e.g., Partner visas, Employer Sponsored, GSM, etc.).
  
• Experience with Migration Manager (required) and LegendCom (required).
  
• Competency in handling visa applications from start to finish in an efficient manner.
  
• Fluent English speaker and writer (equivalent to IELTS 8.0+ in each band).
  
• Excellent computer skills.
  
• Superior attention to detail.
