• Drive Revenue: Manage repainting projects with revenue targets starting from $600,000 per quarter. From budgets to timelines, you’ll own every detail.
  
• Spot Upsell Opportunities: Identify and close $42,000 in accepted variations per quarter—because profitability matters.
  
• Lead Teams: Oversee subcontractor crews, keeping them on task and focused.
  
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Keep clients informed, build trust, and provide peace of mind throughout the project.
  
• Hit Goals and Collaborate: Meet your targets, earn bonuses, and refine your skills through GSR (Goals, Strategy, Results) sessions.
