This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in client servicing as well as relationship-building, and enjoys a diverse range of administrative, reporting, and data-focused tasks. You'll also play a crucial role in coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for our busy adviser team.

As the primary phone contact for our clients, some of your duties will include:

• Responding to client requests
• Scheduling meetings
• Collaborating with advisers to prepare documents, financial plans, and reports

Excellent communication skills are essential to support both our clients and team, ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding service and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisation, high level communication skills, and demonstrated proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Qualifications and experience in a financial planning environment are highly desirable. Experience in a professional services setting is also highly regarded.
