Deco Depot are currently seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our expanding team. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered products. The ideal candidate should have experience with operating embroidery machines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered products.
• Follow instructions and designs to ensure that products are embroidered correctly.
• Monitor machines to ensure that they are running smoothly and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the embroidery process.
• Maintain machines by cleaning, oiling, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Keep work area clean and organised.
• Assist with quality control to ensure that all products meet our standards.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience operating embroidery machines.
• Knowledge of different embroidery techniques and fabrics.
• Ability to read and edit designs and instructions using Wilcom software
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
