About the role

We are seeking a part-time Factory Hand to join our team at Pilates Health Equipment in Keysborough, Victoria. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our high-quality exercise equipment, contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the assembly and manufacturing of Pilates and fitness equipment
• Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Supporting the production team with various tasks as needed
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
