About The Role
We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Account Manager, working predominantly in the Sutherland Shire/Bayside areas. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and grow an existing portfolio of customers, whilst having access to a supportive Team filled with diverse talents, initiative, and leadership experience.
You will be given autonomy to make this role your own. A strategic outside-the-box thinker will truly excel in this position, seizing every opportunity to develop strong relationships and exceed sales targets.
You will join a passionate and enthusiastic team who enjoy what they do!
Reporting to your State/Branch Manager, your typical week will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
- Developing strategies to hit sales targets consistently
- Responding to inbound enquiries
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Growing a pipeline of opportunities and developing new business
- Delivering marketing material and executing promotions

About You

- Ideally, you have previous experience in sales and/or managing a customer portfolio.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.

- Results-orientated and works hard to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
