Position Overview

We are seeking experienced or entry-level roofers who are interested in solar panel installation. Whether you have a background in roofing or are looking to transition into the solar industry, we provide on-the-job training and support for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, mounting systems, and related roofing work on residential and commercial properties.
• Work at heights and follow strict safety protocols.
• Assist electricians with wiring and system integration.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality solar installations.

Requirements:

• Experience in roofing or solar installation .
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow guidelines.
• Team player with a great work ethic and willingness to learn.
