About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

• Perform a variety of advanced skin treatments, including Laser Genesis, vascular laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, peels, facials, and micro-needling.
• Provide tailored treatment plans to clients based on their skin concerns and aesthetic goals.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations.
• Maintain a luxury client experience, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Work closely with our expert team to continuously expand your knowledge and skills in aesthetic treatments.
• Upsell our VIP membership program to help our customers gain even better value

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or higher qualification in dermal therapy/aesthetics).
• Previous experience in laser skin treatments (Cutera Excel V+ experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of skin conditions, vascular concerns, and evidence-based skin treatments.
• A client-first approach with a passion for delivering real, visible results.
• Ability to educate, consult, and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Commitment to ongoing training and excellence in the field of aesthetics.
