The Skin Boutique Bentleigh is hiring a Skin & Laser Therapist and a Dermal Therapist to join our new team at our brand-new, custom-designed clinic on Centre Rd, in the heart of Bentleigh.

Designed with both client experience and staff comfort in mind, our purpose-built space features modern treatment rooms, and premium amenities to ensure an exceptional working environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Therapist at The Skin Boutique, you will:

• Conduct skin consultations using advanced equipment.
• Create customized skincare plans with premium products like Lira Clinical & iS Clinical
• Perform skin and laser treatments, including BBL, Skin Needling, Advanced Peels, Laser Genesis, HydraFacial.
• Provide Laser Hair Removal using our Cynosure Elite Plus.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and recommend treatments/products.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• For Skin & Laser Therapists: Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• For Dermal Therapists: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of skin concerns, treatment protocols, and skincare ingredients.
• Ability to assess skin conditions and tailor treatment plans for optimal client results.
• Proven experience performing a range of skin and laser treatments, including chemical peels, laser hair removal, skin needling, LED therapy, and advanced facials.

Client & Recommendation Skills:

• Confidence in conducting professional consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and making personalized recommendations.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Comfortable achieving individual KPI's (training provided).

Professionalism & Performance:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a premium client experience-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Passion for continued education and staying up to date with industry advancements
