Quality Care Physiotherapy is a small, locally owned organisation on the Sunshine Coast. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking 2 part time or a full-time physiotherapist to join our friendly team to work in community based aged care.

Hours - Part-time or full-time - 16-38 hours per week (depending if part-time or full-time). Flexible days and times to suit your lifestyle.

Location - Maroochydore/ Bli Bli/ Coolum/ Twin Waters and surrounding areas/ possibly up to Tewantin/ Noosa/ Caloundra region and Sunshine Coast Hinterland We endeavour to minimise travel wherever possible

Details

• Assessment and implementation of treatment programs in aged care - community setting (predominantly through Home Care Packages and STRC)
• Communication with Case Managers regarding recommendations for ongoing physiotherapy and updates and reviews
• Liaise with team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants regarding client care.
• Provide physiotherapy reviews for clients receiving AHA services on a 3-4 monthly basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
• Police Clearance
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Current driver's licence and access to a car - kilometres allowance is paid in addition to salary
• Minimum of two years physiotherapy experience (desirable)/ exceptional new graduates would be considered
• Ability to work from home/ remotely - to write up case notes/ assessments etc
