They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who specialises in Mechanical Building Services to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of many exciting building services projects in Melbourne, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your new role

• Manage and oversee mechanical building services projects from inception to completion.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Mechanical qualifications can include either a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a trade qualification in a relevant discipline.
  
• Proven experience in managing mechanical projects, with a strong understanding of both contractor and client-side operations.
  
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail.
