We’re inviting a Lifecycle CRM Manager to optimize and scale lifecycle marketing journeys within a world-class marketing team.
You’ll develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle marketing programs that enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention across key international markets.
As a strategic problem-solver, you’ll collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to shape and execute the lifecycle strategy—onboarding new customers, increasing engagement and transaction frequency, preventing churn, and reactivating dormant users.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Develop and execute a strategy to launch and scale lifecycle marketing journeys in new markets while continuing to optimize and grow existing markets.
- Develop and manage always-on lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Work closely with product, analytics, creative, engineering, and regional teams to implement high-impact lifecycle strategies.
- Work within CRM platforms to analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Develop an experimentation roadmap, execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda, and implement learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure lifecycle content aligns with brand guidelines and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet market regulations.
- Deeply understand the behaviour, preferences, and needs of customers in different regions to inform lifecycle marketing decisions.
What You Can Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, ideally across multiple international markets.
- Experience within a high-growth eCommerce, financial services, or retail environment will be highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, data segmentation, and journey mapping tools (e.g., Iterable, Hightouch, Movable Ink).
- Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Customer-centric approach to every strategy and decision, ensuring lifecycle communications add value at every touchpoint.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, specializing in CRM or data-driven marketing.
