The Role

We are looking for a Head of Innovation, AI & Efficiency to take our businesses to the next level. This is not a vanity role—it's about delivering real, measurable outcomes by embedding cutting-edge AI tools, automation, and smarter ways of working across every unit.

This role will work directly with business leaders and operational teams, identifying and implementing solutions that increase productivity, enhance decision-making, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the latest AI tools, automation solutions, and innovative technologies to enhance efficiency across all businesses.
• Work hands-on with business units to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and deliver measurable productivity improvements.
• Drive AI adoption through training, process redesign, and change management.
• Navigate internal dynamics and push through initiatives that challenge the status quo, ensuring adoption and long-term impact.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales Culture, and business unit leaders to align strategies and maximize innovation impact.
• Develop and execute pilot projects, rapidly iterate, and scale successful initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our businesses remain at the forefront of efficiency and technology.
• Measure success through clear KPIs, cost savings, and operational improvements.
